Cozy Whodunit game Mini Murder Mysteries releasing June 23rd

BUNKWORKS is super-duper pleased to announce its next game, Mini Murder Mysteries – a foray into the world of cozy crime solving, is coming June 23, 2026 to PC, Mac, & iOS

Solve cozy whodunits

Mini Murder Mysteries is a cozy investigative deduction game made for fans of head-scratching whodunits. Watch the trailer for it here. The game challenges players to puzzle their way through nine unique crime scene investigations, and use their noggin to make intelligent deductions.

  • Explore the evidence

Leave no stone unturned as you gather clues and discover truths. Cross-reference information, piece things together, and use lateral thinking.

  • Scrutinize every statement

Witness or suspect? Every case offers “useful” input from people closest to the victim. Along the way you’ll encounter power-mad movers and shakers, innocent bystanders, gamblers, spies, liars and lotharios.

  • Deduce the truth

Sort the coincidental from the crucial to make smart deductions. Each case revolves around 24 ‘Deduction Words’ that you’ll use to assert whodunit. The only problem? You’ll only need a handful of those words to make the correct conclusion.

Demo out now!

The full game lands on iOS and desktop systems on June 23, 2026, but Mini Murder Mysteries has a free demo available right now on PC, Mac, and in the browser.

The demo offers a bespoke case that’s completely separate from the main game’s nine core investigations. Play it here for free:

Mysteries, made mobile

Mini Murder Mysteries has been designed in two distinct screen orientations.

On iOS, the game has been thoughtfully formatted to be played fully in portrait mode, allowing on-the-go players to solve each case with one-handed play. It’s the perfect puzzle experience for busy commutes.

On desktop, the same experience has been carefully translated into a more traditional landscape orientation, with mouse-based navigation in mind.
