Dark 3D platformer Bobo and the Chest of Nightmares Xbox Store Page Now Live

A Love Letter to early 2000s Classics on the Xbox Ecosystem

Bobo and the Chest of Nightmares brings back the pure, nostalgic magic of early 2000’s icons like Spyro the Dragon, Banjo-Kazooie, and Voodoo Vince. Blending acrobatic exploration, light combat, and environmental secret-hunting within a twisted, Tim Burton-inspired carnival of dreams, the game puts players in the oversized shoes of Bobo, a clumsy but golden-hearted circus jester.

During a high-stakes performance, Bobo accidentally cracks open the legendary “Chest of Nightmares,” inadvertently unleashing the DreamMaster: an ancient malevolent entity who freezes the kingdom in an eternal twilight and twists beautiful dreams into living nightmares. Guided by a mysterious floating companion, Bobo must rely on his fluid agility, chaining together double-jumps, wall-slides, and umbrella glides, to recover lost EchoMares and restore laughter to a fractured kingdom.
