Chaotic party game Velocide Overdrive to Launch on PC March 4th

NoxRift Games has announced the release of Velocide Overdrive on March 4, 2026, on PC (Steam and itch.io). Velocide Overdrive is a high-octane arena party game where rounds last anywhere from 15 seconds to 2 minutes: you pilot an “unstoppable” ship, and the slightest collision means instant death.

Designed for those “just one more quick match” gaming nights, the title thrives on systemic chaos: 71 power-ups (buffs, debuffs, and global effects) combine to create constant momentum shifts—from deadly lasers and homing projectiles to time-bending abilities.

The game supports local multiplayer on a shared screen (up to 6 players) or online via Steam Remote Play Together: only one copy of the game is needed to invite your friends even if they don’t own the title (up to 4 players remotely).

Watch the official Announcement Trailer here

“I wanted to recapture the pure energy of couch gaming with friends: simple rules, short rounds, and that exact moment when everything goes off the rails because of a single power-up. Velocide Overdrive embodies the pick-up-and-play simplicity of arcade games, while still offering genuine depth with detailed stats and advanced customization,”
 – Mikael, creator of Velocide Overdrive.

Key Features:

  • 1 to 6 players: Local multiplayer, AI bots, and Steam Remote Play Together (up to 4 players online).
  • 71 power-ups: Buffs, debuffs, and global effects—triggering wild synergies and chain reactions.
  • “Game-changer” rounds: Double points, negative points, and team modes.
  • Progression & competition: Global leaderboards, unlockable cosmetics, and 65 achievements.
  • Ethical business model: No loot boxes or microtransactions. Unlocks are earned through gameplay (with a few exclusive cosmetics available via the Supporter Pack).
  • Available in 19 languages.

Arknights: Endfield Announces First Major Content Update Releasing on March 12, 2026

GRYPHLINE announced today that the first major content expansion for its popular 3D Industrial RPG, Arknights: Endfield, will be available as a free download for all players starting March 12, 2026. Version 1.1, titled ‘Old Deep Water Dies, by Rising Tide It is Denied,’ features a wave of substantial additions and updates to the base experience, signifying GRYPHLINE’s commitment to listening to community feedback and delivering consistent, high-quality content iterations.

The first major update follows a launch window that has surpassed internal projections. As Producer Light Zhong noted:

Arknights: Endfield’s global player count, playtime, and in-game activity levels have all greatly exceeded our expectations,’ and Version 1.1 serves as a direct response to the community’s rapid engagement.

Watch the Old Deep Water Dies, by Rising Tide It is Denied Announcement Trailer

Version 1.1 introduces new content, player rewards, and community-driven optimizations. Notable features and changes include:

New Content:

Several additional operators will be added alongside an expansion of the evolving AIC system via the new hydro-industrialization system.

  • New Operators:
    • Tangtang (6-star Caster): Described as a “one-girl team,” Tangtang is specialized in AOE Cryo damage and support. Her Ultimate, DA CHIEF SEES YOU! introduces a powerful new tactical layer by immobilizing all enemies within its range – including bosses – allowing her squads to create decisive damage windows.
    • Rossi (6-star Guard): The only operator currently capable of converting Arts Infliction on enemies into Vulnerability (defense break). This specialized mechanic positions her as a vital force multiplier for Physical-focused squads, as she shreds enemy defenses to facilitate massive damage output from the team’s primary carries.
  • Hydro-industrialization:
    • New tech: The Hydro Mining Rig allows players to mine Cuprium, a new industrial resource that uses water flow instead of electricity. Unlike existing facilities, Hydro Mining Rigs harness water flow to automate mineral collection, requiring no connection to the power grid.
    • New logistics: New Conduits for long-distance liquid transport and Water Treatment Units for processing sewage.
    • Forges of the Sky Expansion: Placement limit for Forges of the Sky increased to four units, significantly raising the production ceiling for endgame resources.
  • World & Story Expansions:
    • New Wuling area: Qingbo Stockade
    • Story: The Endministrator can investigate the Qingbo Stockade, where tensions with Wuling City are boiling over due to the arrival of Nefarith and Ardashir.

Player Rewards & Progression:

In addition to the launch window offering of 135 free pulls, player rewards will now be supplemented by:

  • New Beginner Support: After reaching specific milestones in Chapter 1, players will receive a new beginner mission reward totalling 10 Chartered Headhunting Permits. Endministrators who have already completed these requirements can claim their rewards directly from the event page upon the update.
  • Sign-in Events: “Gently Flows Qingbo” and “Pearl of the Pack” (7-day logins) for limited-time permits.
  • Battle Pass Update: The Protocol Pass now allows for periodic acquisition of Basic Headhunting Permits.
  • Limited-time Activities:
    • Exploration Day: Farming at Originium Science Park.
    • Survival Training: Try a different take on combat using only Industrial Explosives!
  • Systemic Rewards: AIC Quota acquisition has been expanded, with players now receiving Quotas for obtaining 4, 5, and 6-star operators for the first time. For operators acquired prior to the update, the corresponding Quotas will be distributed via in-game mail.
  • Advanced Gear Optimization: The introduction of the Valley Multi-Line Engraving Kit – available through the Stock Redistribution system – allows players to create Essences with three customized stats. This provides a high-level path for Endministrators to optimize endgame weapon builds and reduce RNG friction.

Community-driven Optimizations:

Following launch feedback, Version 1.1 introduces sweeping improvements to the user experience, particularly for controller players.

  • Construction Precision: The buffer range for power lines has been extended to 20m (100m total), and connection will no longer snap during dialogue or combat triggers. Controller users can also now move facilities by long-pressing a dedicated button.
  • Exploration HUD: A new feature allows the minimap and game map to be accessed while using ziplines, improving navigation across the vertical terrain of Qingbo Stockade.
  • Combat Ready: Operators now enter Protocol Spaces with maximum HP and Ultimate Energy. Additionally, the Red Flash enemy attack telegraphs have been re-tuned for better visibility during chaotic encounters.

The expansion of Talos-II will continue at an even larger scale in Version 1.2. The upcoming narrative arc will see the Endministrator join forces with Tianshi Zhuang to defend the Xiranite Dam against a sudden siege by Ardashir. This future update will introduce two new maps, an outpost, and a new fluid-based production system for the AIC Factory.

Arknights: Endfield is a free-to-play title with cross-platform progression and serves as the latest entry in the popular Arknights universe, a franchise that has exceeded 100 million downloads to date. This launch marks the first time the IP has expanded beyond mobile, bringing its signature strategic depth to console and PC. Arknights: Endfield introduces a new frontier storyline and a world built around exploration, real-time combat, and base-building. Players command squads of up to four Operators, combining skills, elemental synergies, and coordinated tactics across fast-paced encounters.

Arknights: Endfield leverages the latest graphical technologies, including native 120 FPS support, realistic snow-stepping, environmental puddle reflections, and more. Players can also toggle NVIDIA DLSS Super Resolution and Frame Generation independently. The title includes plug-and-play support on PC and mobile for both PlayStation (DualSense & DualShock) and Xbox controllers with haptic feedback for a premium, tactile experience.

Arknights: Endfield launched globally on PS5, PC (via the official launcher and Epic Games Store), and mobile devices (via Apple App Store and Google Play Store) on Jan. 22, 2026. It has been rated “T” for Teen by the ESRB. To learn more about the game visit the official website and X. For more information about GRYPHLINE, please visit the official company site.

Assetto Corsa Rally: Early Access adds Monte-Carlo stages and two new legendary rally cars with 0.3 Release

505 Games and Supernova Games Studios in technical partnership with KUNOS Simulazioni have announced the addition of Monte‑Carlo rally stages as the last major step in Assetto Corsa Rally’s Early Access program!

Monte-Carlo Rally

For the first time ever in a rally title, players will experience fully laser‑scanned Monte-Carlo Rally Stages, delivered with uncompromising precision that captures the character, road geometry, and technical challenge that make this area legendary in rallying.

The Monte Carlo Rally is famous for unpredictable weather, featuring snow, ice, and dry asphalt. It tests drivers’ skills and adaptability making it one of the most challenging rallies in the world. This iconic location is being delivered as two fully laser-scanned stages, La Bollène-Vésubie, Col de Turini (18 Km) and Sisteron (13 Km).

La Bollène-Vésubie, Col de Turini – 18 km: One of rally’s most storied mountain stages, La Bollène-Vésubie, Col de Turini is defined by relentless elevation changes, narrow passages, and a near‑endless flow of tight hairpins and off‑camber corners. Mechanical sympathy, throttle control, and absolute precision are essential to mastering this unforgiving route.

Sisteron – 13 km: In contrast, Sisteron delivers a fast, flowing test of commitment and rhythm. Featuring wide, smooth roads and long, open corners, this 13 km stage emphasizes high speed direction changes, critical braking zones with limited visibility and precise pace-note timing. Average speeds remain high throughout, but its deceptive rhythm punishes over‑commitment.

Two New Cars Added to the Garage

To help drivers face the new Monte‑Carlo challenge, the update introduces two iconic and competitively proven rally cars:

  • Lancia Fulvia Coupé 1.6 HF Gr. 4 – FWD Featuring a narrow‑angle 1.6L V4 producing 115–130+ HP, the Fulvia HF famously won the 1972 International Rally Championship and the Monte‑Carlo Rally.
  • ŠKODA Fabia RS Rally2 – 4WD A modern FIA Rally2-spec machine powered by a 289 HP 1.6L turbo engine, celebrated for winning its competitive debut at the 2022 Lausitz Rally.

A Breakthrough in Rally Weather Simulation: Dynamic Snow

This update introduces the first dynamic snowy weather condition ever seen in a rally game. Mirroring real Monte‑Carlo conditions, drivers can experience a stage starting with dry shunshine, though snowy covered mountains.

Unlike traditional rally titles—where snow appears only in fixed areas—Assetto Corsa Rally allows snowfall anywhere on the stage when realistic atmospheric conditions are met.

Dynamic weather takes in consideration specific rules:

  • Snow begins when it is raining and temperatures fall below 0°C
  • Temperature varies with location, time of day, and altitude
  • Tarmac grip decreases with cold surfaces

Snow is currently exclusive to both Monte‑Carlo stages.

New Winter and Snow Tyre Compounds

To support the challenging mountain conditions, the update adds also New winter and Snow tyre compunds including the ability to mix and match tyre compunds mirroring real wolrld rally strategy.

Tyre selection becomes a critical component of performance as weather evolves dynamically throughout the stage.

The new update will introduce also 40 new ACR events along with several improvements and fixes, for further info check here

Assetto Corsa Rally is available now on Steam Early Access for €29,99/$29.99/£24.99.

Join the Early Access program today to experience the game months before its official release, contribute feedback, and help the development team refine every detail of the simulation.

Players can also purchase a special Steam bundle including Assetto Corsa Rally andAssetto Corsa EVO with a 10% off bundle discount.

NHN Launches Collection RPG Abyssdia Globally

NHN (CEO: Woojin Jung) announced today the official global launch of highly anticipated collection RPG Abyssdia, developed by Ring Games. Now available in North America and other global markets, the game invites players into a stylized, high-stakes adventure to restore a world consumed by a mysterious dark void.

Set against the backdrop of the ‘Abyss Fissure’—a phenomenon that has contaminated the world with distorted energy—Abyssdia casts players as a ‘Tuner’. As the only ones capable of recalibrating the world’s unstable frequencies, Tuners must lead a squad of elite warriors known as ‘Vanguards’ to restore balance and reclaim peace.

At the heart of Abyssdia is its Chained Action Combat, a 4-player real-time system emphasizing elemental synergies and seamless skill combinations. Success on the battlefield depends on the player’s ability to strategically pair Vanguards based on their unique weapon styles and hidden skill triggers.

Beyond the combat, the game focuses heavily on emotional immersion. Each Vanguard features a deeply personal narrative brought to life through cinematic cutscenes and character-specific musical themes. A standout feature is the ‘Let’s Eat Together’ system, a high-fidelity interactive mode where players bond with their Vanguards over their favorite meals. This system replaces traditional stat-grinding with meaningful character interactions, allowing players to witness the evolving emotions and expressions of their team.

To celebrate the global debut, NHN is offering a massive rewards package for all new players. Anyone who logs in during the launch period will receive the SR-rank character ‘Elena’ for free, along with essential growth materials including 1,400 EST, 10,000 Manarings, 10 Draw Tickets and 100 EXP Potions.

The celebration continues with a series of limited-time events designed to accelerate player progression. Through March 23, a special Global Launch Login Bonus will reward players who log in for 10 days with a total of 20 Premium Draw Tickets and 20 Draw Tickets.

Players can also dive into the ‘Endless Rabbit’ Story Quest, available until March 17, which highlights the narrative of the fan-favorite character, Rachel. By completing these dedicated story missions, players can collect exclusive event currency to exchange for premium growth materials and Vanguard Gift Boxes in the event shop.

Furthermore, a set of Progressive Missions running through May 7 will offer a steady stream of rewards, including EST, Stamina Potions, and Draw Tickets, as players reach key gameplay milestones.

Abyssdia is now available for free on the Google Play, App Store, and Google Play Games (PC).

Roguelite DeckLand Coming to Steam Next Fest February 23

Global game publisher CFK today announced that its upcoming deck-building roguelite DeckLand will participate in Steam Next Fest starting February 23, one month ahead of it’s highly anticipated Steam Early Access launch on March 23, 2026.

DeckLand combines deep strategic card combat with a dark Eastern fantasy setting. Players embody the separated good half of fallen Master Lang, traveling alongside the steadfast companion Lilith to confront the looming catastrophe and mend a world fractured by Lang’s pursuit of ultimate power.

What Players Can Experience in the Demo:

  • Tactical Board Movement & Strategic Calculation: The combat arena requires precise movement. Players must calculate every step—using cards to navigate the board while evading enemy ranges by a single space or seizing hidden treasures.
  • Formation Building with Familiars: While players control one main character, they can strategically deploy captured monsters as Familiars on the board. These summons serve as tactical strongpoints with unique skills, allowing players to build their own defensive lines.
  • The Thrill of the “Breakthrough”: Unlike traditional deck-builders focused solely on annihilation, the ultimate goal in DeckLand is to reach the destination through treacherous trials. Players must choose between building a “Combat Deck” to overpower foes or a “Breakthrough Deck” to maximize mobility.
  • Card Synthesis—The “Alchemy of Strategy”: A core innovation that elevates strategic depth. Players can merge two cards into a single, devastating ability. For example, synthesized cards can create explosive chain reactions or provide tactical retreats after an attack, offering a path to victory in even the toughest encounters.

“We have focused on elevating the strategic depth of the deck-building genre through our unique synthesis and movement systems,” said CFK in a statement. “The Steam Next Fest demo is a great opportunity for fans to experience the ‘Early Access-ready’ quality of DeckLand.”

Following its Steam debut, DeckLand is scheduled for a global release on Nintendo Switch™ 1 & 2 as well as PS5.

Kinetic arcade shooter VCTR demo to arrive within a few weeks

Solo indie game developer Daniel Lowe of Enter Grip announces his next title, VCTR, a minimalist arcade shooter where position and timing are everything. Players will shoot or dash into enemies to destroy them, collecting experience orbs in the aftermath but, both actions require a cool-off period so as enemies fill the screen, balancing shooting and dashing becomes a rhythm of survival.

Between waves, players can upgrade their abilities using the orbs collected during rounds. Upgrades allow players to switch up their strategies and augment their play style. Players can create builds that maximize shot impacts or lean into dash-based movement abilities. Instead of micro-stat boosts, VCTR provides players with meaningful changes with each unlock, making every upgrade feel impactful and game-changing.

When asked about the inspiration behind VCTR, Daniel mentions wanting to create an action-packed shooter with simple controls that’s fun to play with just a mouse. Despite the chaos on screen at any given moment, everything boils down to two inputs: shoot or dash. And with just those two inputs, he has crafted a surprisingly deep and engaging experience that’s easy to pick up, difficult to master, and insanely addicting.

VCTR plans to release this summer with a demo is planned to arrive within the next few weeks.

Demo for weapon-building metroidvania Clockwork Ambrosia now available on Steam

Indie game developer Realmsoft, in partnership with OI Games, has unleashed a new demo for their upcoming weapon-customizing metroidvania Clockwork Ambrosia!

14 years in the making, Clockwork Ambrosia (previously known as “Ambrosia”) is a 2D metroidvania with an emphasis on building your own weapons. Part Metal Slug, part Borderlands, and all metroidvania, Clockwork Ambrosia is a steampunk fusion of classic 2D “search action” adventures with more modern modification options. Rig up endless combinations of powers from screen-filling shot splitters, to devastating missile strikes, to armor-piercing sniper rounds. There are countless ways to tailor your kit!

Players are placed in the boots of Iris, an itinerant airship engineer trying to escape the island of Aspida after a near-miss airship crash. Our plucky heroine soon finds herself caught up in a mystery spawning eons when the island’s populace disappears, seemingly replaced by deadly robots and monsters. It’s up to her to uncover the truth of what befell the island’s populace and restore the land to its former glory.

Exploration and discovery drive the world of Clockwork Ambrosia. Brilliant pixel art takes players above the clouds to the steampunk wonders of a sky city, through the lush and gorgeous mushroom forest, and down below to the moody underbelly of the sunken kingdoms. Aspida holds many secrets and undiscovered biomes, but Iris won’t work alone, as she’ll meet a cast of eccentric characters ranging from benevolent rogue AI companions to bumbling mushroom folk.

“We’re big fans of Super Metroid, but one aspect of that seminal classic we felt could be improved upon is its weapon-building,” said Nathan Hiemenz, Founder and Developer at Realmsoft. “In Super Metroid the weapon modifications are additive and unlocked in a linear progression, stacking on top of each other. Once you get an upgrade there’s no reason not to use it. We wanted to let players mix and match their weapon mods, as they have different advantages and disadvantages based on the scenario and player preference. Clockwork Ambrosia offers massive room for experimentation as you kit your character for a wide variety of challenges. This demo only scratches the surface of this, but it teases the core mechanics and tone of Clockwork Ambrosia, whetting players appetites ahead of its April launch.”

Clockwork Ambrosia features:

  • Side-scrolling action platformer with an authored, interconnected world to explore
  • Six vastly different weapons, each offering unique mechanics
  • 150+ modifications for simple and intuitive weapon-customization, offering endless experimentation
  • Snappy crafting system lets players unlock new powers and abilities at their own pace
  • Beautiful hand-drawn art bringing the world and characters to life
  • Original score composed by Johnny Stixx
  • A story of mystery, friends, robots, and at least one mysterious robot friend!
