Over The Top: WWI on Steam: https://store.steampowered.com/app/2778610/Over_The_Top_WWI/

Over The Top: WWI takes players to twelve historically inspired battlefields reminiscent of the Western Front during World War I. Equipped with an absurd arsenal of deadly weapons, players engage in 100-versus-100 battles as German, French, or British soldiers. Numerous rifles, devastating artillery pieces, destructive tanks, and other historical military equipment such as aircraft and bunkers are at their disposal for powerful destruction. Players can use the fully destructible environments to their advantage, digging trenches or building defensive positions to help them achieve victory.

Single-player mode offers the same scope of gameplay, allowing players to fight alongside large groups of CPU-controlled units and bring World War I to their screens. The team behind Over The Top: WWI consists of four members, all active participants in historical reenactments; therefore, they place great importance on an authentic representation of the war’s events. Players can look forward to maps, vehicles, and uniforms with remarkable attention to detail.

Key Features

● Epic, large-scale warfare: Up to 200 players or bots simultaneously compete against each other on the battlefield.

● Total Annihilation: The realistic battlefield takes on different forms throughout the game thanks to player-driven destruction. Players will dig trenches, and explosions will tear deep craters into the landscape. The battlefield evolves with the dynamic weather, wind, season, and time-of-day system.

● Various branches of the military: Players can take on 8 entirely different roles in the army, such as Officer, Sniper, or support classes like Engineer.

● Vast selection of weaponry and vehicles: There are over 50 one-of-a-kind weapons, ten different kinds of armored vehicles and tanks, airplanes, machine guns, mortars, cannons, and more.

● Map editor: In addition to 12 handcrafted battlefields, the system allows players to create custom maps and upload them to Steam Workshop.

● Server Tools: Players can host and administrate their own servers complete with custom maps, rules, and settings.

Kardiya: The Winds of Fate – Roguelite RPG Dicebuilding game now on Steam

InEv Games has announced the upcoming release of Kardiya: The Winds of Fate. Blending tabletop roleplaying mechanics with deep storytelling, Kardiya is a Rogue-lite RPG Dicebuilding game built around an emergent narrative. As of today, the official Steam Page is live, and wishlists are open.

Kardiya: The Winds of Fate is a highly replayable Rogue-lite adventure directly inspired by the acclaimed FATE RPG system. Players take on the role of Ukral, navigating through the lands of Gaia. The journey involves gathering gear, managing companions, and inevitably falling in battle. Death is only a transition, however. Upon defeat, Ukral awakens in a mysterious realm between life and death, ready to use newfound knowledge to dive back in and search for the elusive Winds of Fate.

InEv Games is deeply committed to crafting narrative focused experiences. Players who explored the narrative of the studio’s previous release, Livber: Smoke and Mirrors will find that same dedication to deep lore, atmospheric world-building, and compelling character arcs woven into the fabric of this game.

Kardiya delivers clean, familiar RPG elements where the environment genuinely reacts to the player’s actions. Failure is not a dead end; a bad roll simply pushes the story in a new, unexpected direction.

Major Update to Astro Protocol Overhauls Diplomacy

Indie developer Null Vector Studios announced a major content update for its turn-based 4X strategy game Astro Protocol, launching March 12 during TurnBasedThursdayFest on Steam. The game will also participate in the Steam Spring Sale.

Key Update Features

  • Complete redesign of the minor faction diplomacy system
  • Five diplomatic states: Enemy, Hostile, Neutral, Allied, and Vassal
